Passionate about sport, in his younger years you would regularly find Tony out and about on two wheels, racing his bike. Competing for a number of teams on the road and in the velodrome, he enjoyed success winning track leagues, divisional medals and even becoming a schools national champion on a couple of occasions.

His wheels were hung up many years ago, but his passion for cycling remains, along with that for other sports (football, triathlon, rugby...the list goes on!), and his love for the gym.

As a sports massage therapist, Tony is continuing his sporting passion in a more supportive role.
